At Wilderness Health Zone we provide ourselves with our clean , comfortable and relaxing surroundings and amenities. A massage at Wilderness is a whole lot more than just relaxation, it is an experience.

Your adventure into the world of Wilderness starts at our Reception area. Here is where our well-trained and efficient staffs attend to all your queries. Over 70 very competent HealthKeepers are available to help soothe your aches and pains. The choice is yours.

Wilderness has a total of 30 private 5-star suites divided into (3) sections. Each section exudes a different ambiance but all are soothing ang tranquil. Choose from Woods, Forest and Stone.

Each suite is complete with its own toilet and bath. Each bath also doubles as your private steam closet. All you will need from a relaxing stay is provided.

Still waiting for your friends to arrive or waiting to finish up? Enjoy our complimentary drinks at the Waiting Lounge.

As a special service, we have a Drivers & Bodyguards Lounge especially designated for your aides, so you won't have to worry about them while enjoying your stay with us.

Massage Therapy
Call it detoxification, reflexology or structural bodywork, whatever name your call it, or no matter how you want it, you can’t deny that massage makes you feel good.
Massage Techniques -
We offer Shiatsu, Swedish and Combination of both massage techniques.

Shiatsu Massage - Is based on Chinese meridian theory in which pressure is applied to specific points along energy channels to release blockages in energy flow.
Swedish Massage - Refers to a collection of techniques designed primarily to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. The lymph system and veins both rely on muscles action, rather than heart pressure in the opposite direction. Oil or other lubricant such as baby powder reduces friction during the swedish massage.

Although different in technique, massage therapy include a psychological aspect as well. Human touch offers a sense of caring that no other form of expression can equal. By contributing to an overall sense of happiness and well-being, both the psychological and physical health of a massage patient are benefited.

hindi marurunong magmasahe mga babae dito. pero masarap sila sa kama, wala nang masahe pag pasok mo. derecho na agad all the way (shower muna bago barag) mejo mahal lang ang service dito ngayon.
